Online Store Return Policy
Returning an unwanted item?

If you bought or received a gifted item that came from us or one of our shared partners, but is not really what you wanted, please contact us on our customer services, e-mail: design@haysandgill.com
You will be offered store credit for any refunded item.
If returning an item and requesting a refund, you will receive full refund in store credit within 20 days.
We aim to receive your unwanted item within 5 to 10 working days after acknowledging your solicitation. We're here to help you and assist you in the best way possible!
